1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "apkzoo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the apkzoo platform and the legal entity operating it, accessible at apkzoo.vip.
- "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the apkzoo platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the apkzoo platform.
- "Platform" means the apkzoo website, all associated pages, games, betting markets, payment systems, and support services available at apkzoo.vip and its subdomains.
- "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's apkzoo Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or enhanced odds offer made available to Players by apkzoo from time to time.
- "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, crash game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
- "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the apkzoo platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
- You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory;
- All information you provide to apkzoo is accurate, current, and complete.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and apkzoo. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3 Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the apkzoo platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. apkzoo strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, and any Funds held in that Account will be forfeited.
- Identity Verification: apkzoo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document valid in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.
- Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. apkzoo reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and withhold any Funds associated with them pending investigation.
- Geographic Access: apkzoo is accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and
using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. apkzoo does not provide legal advice on this matter.
4 Account Registration
To access the full range of apkzoo services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by apkzoo. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and must notify apkzoo promptly of any changes.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. apkzoo will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Account Currency: All Accounts on the apkzoo platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates.
- Account Dormancy: Accounts that have not been accessed for a period of twelve consecutive months are considered dormant. apkzoo reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts and to close Accounts that remain dormant for extended periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.
- Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the apkzoo support team via live chat. All pending bets and withdrawals must be resolved before an Account can be formally closed.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
apkzoo supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Accepted Methods: apkzoo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at apkzoo's discretion.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified Accounts. apkzoo reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by apkzoo.
- No Third-Party Payments: apkzoo will not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All payments must originate from and return to accounts registered in the name of the Account holder.
- Platform Fees: apkzoo does not currently charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply its own transaction fees, for which apkzoo accepts no responsibility.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). apkzoo is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred outside the Platform.
apkzoo never requests payment outside the official Platform. If you receive any communication requesting a direct transfer or an unofficial payment channel, treat it as fraudulent and report it to the apkzoo support team immediately.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
apkzoo offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free credit are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using different Accounts or payment methods constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility is determined at apkzoo's sole discretion. apkzoo reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically.
- Abuse: apkzoo monitors all bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and use of automated tools. Where bonus abuse is detected, apkzoo reserves the right to void any associated winnings and close the Account.
- Variation and Withdrawal: apkzoo reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.
7 Gameplay Rules
The following general gameplay terms apply to all casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets available on the apkzoo platform:
- Game-Specific Rules: Each game and betting market on the Platform is governed by its own set of Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing bets or wagering.
- Random Number Generation: All casino games and slots on the Platform utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and is not influenced by previous rounds, Account history, or any external factor.
- Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by apkzoo at its discretion.
- Void Bets: apkzoo reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
- Sports Betting Results: For sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, apkzoo's decision is final.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a Platform technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, apkzoo reserves the right to declare the round void and return all stakes. apkzoo is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkzoo platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-Account requirement;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
- Using the Platform while under the age of 18, or assisting a person under 18 in accessing the Platform;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback fraud, and identity fraud;
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform;
- Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of corrupt conduct in connection with sports betting markets;
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financially criminal activity;
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or apkzoo staff members through any communication channel.
9 Responsible Gaming
apkzoo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders that alert them when they have been logged into the Platform for a specified period.
- Temporary Time-Out: Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may activate a time-out period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a time-out, the Account is suspended and cannot be accessed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling indefinitely may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

- Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance;
- apkzoo uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
- apkzoo does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law;
- Players have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the apkzoo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of apkzoo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of apkzoo. Any unauthorised use of apkzoo's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkzoo's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. apkzoo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
- Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, data feed errors, or third-party content;
- Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by circumstances beyond apkzoo's reasonable control, including internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party system failures;
- Any loss suffered as a direct result of the Player's own misconduct, negligence, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apkzoo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or malicious code.
13 Termination & Account Closure
apkzoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
- Court order, regulatory directive, or request from a law enforcement authority;
- Account inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, apkzoo reserves the right to withhold any Funds in the Account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by apkzoo for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.
14 Amendments to These Terms
apkzoo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apkzoo will notify Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address, where applicable. The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
